Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — United States Only

DTR FAB ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.

Puerto Rico

Shipping to Puerto Rico is available but rates differ from standard continental US rates. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping costs to Puerto Rico.

Freight Shipments

Heavy items such as bumpers, rock sliders, and rear bumpers ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments are delivered to commercial addresses or freight terminals. Residential delivery may be available but will incur additional charges. DTR FAB will contact you to confirm your delivery address and any applicable surcharges before your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. For freight items, final shipping costs will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our facility. Select local pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Export — International Customers

DTR FAB does not ship internationally. However, export drop-off is available in Miami, Florida for customers using their own freight forwarder. If you are an international customer and wish to arrange export through your own forwarder, please contact us before placing your order to coordinate drop-off logistics.

Order Processing & Lead Times

Every DTR FAB product is built to order. Orders are not processed from finished inventory. Lead times vary by product — please refer to the individual product page for estimated lead time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
