Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with DTR FAB. By purchasing from DTR FAB, you agree to the following terms.

All Sales Are Final

Every DTR FAB product is fabricated to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fabricated items. All sales are final. If you have any questions about a product, fitment, or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist.

Built to Order

All DTR FAB products are built to order after payment is confirmed. Production begins upon order confirmation. Lead times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production volume.

Installation Responsibility

DTR FAB products are designed for off-road use and require proper installation. The customer assumes full responsibility for the installation of all DTR FAB products. DTR FAB strongly recommends professional installation by a qualified shop experienced with aftermarket fabrication components. DTR FAB is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment, or misuse of any product.

Electrical Work

Free local mechanical installation does not include electrical work. Winch wiring, LED light bar wiring, and any other electrical integration must be performed by a qualified automotive electrician. DTR FAB assumes no responsibility for electrical installations performed by the customer or third parties.

Legal Compliance

Aftermarket bumpers, light bars, winches, and other components may not be street-legal in all jurisdictions. The customer is solely responsible for verifying that any DTR FAB product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations before installation and use on public roads. DTR FAB assumes no responsibility for road legality or regulatory compliance.

Fitment & Compatibility

DTR FAB products are designed for specific vehicle platforms as listed on each product page. The customer is responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, contact us before purchasing. DTR FAB is not responsible for products ordered for incorrect vehicle applications.

Limitation of Liability

DTR FAB’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. DTR FAB is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.
