Our Commitment

DTR FAB stands behind the quality of every product we fabricate. Every unit is inspected before shipping. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want every customer to receive a product that meets our standards.

What Is Covered

DTR FAB products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, DTR FAB will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Improper installation — damage resulting from incorrect installation, installation by unqualified personnel, or failure to follow installation guidelines
  • Misuse or abuse — damage from use beyond the product’s intended purpose or design limits
  • Normal wear and tear — scratches, chips, fading, and surface wear from regular use
  • Rust or corrosion — on raw steel products or powder-coated products where the finish has been damaged
  • Modifications — any product that has been modified, welded, cut, or altered after delivery
  • Electrical damage — damage resulting from improper wiring or electrical installation
  • Collision or impact damage — damage from vehicle accidents, trail impacts, or other external forces
  • Incorrect fitment — products ordered for the wrong vehicle application

Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect
  • Your vehicle year, make, and model

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Warranty does not cover labor costs for removal or reinstallation of any product.
  • DTR FAB reserves the right to request the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
