The DTR FAB Hidden Winch Mount for the Toyota 4Runner 5th Generation gives you full winch capability without changing the appearance of your truck. The mount installs behind the factory OEM front bumper — the stock bumper stays on, the stock look stays intact, and a full-size winch sits hidden behind it, ready when you need it.
No aftermarket bumper required. No visual modification to the exterior. Just a clean, capable recovery setup that nobody knows is there until you need it.
Important — Early 5th Gen Fitment Only
The 4Runner 5th Gen received a front end refresh in 2014 that changed the bumper cover geometry and lower valance. This hidden winch mount is specifically engineered for the 2010–2013 front bumper configuration. It will not fit correctly on 2014 and later models. If your vehicle is a 2014 or newer, please contact us before ordering.
Designed for the OEM Bumper
The mount is engineered specifically to work with the factory 5th Gen 4Runner front bumper (2010–2013) — the geometry, clearances, and mounting points are all designed around the OEM bumper shell. The winch sits in the optimal position behind the bumper face with the fairlead accessible through the factory bumper opening.
Frame-Mounted for Real Recovery Loads
The winch plate anchors directly to the frame — not to the bumper, not to the body. Recovery loads transfer into the chassis where they belong. When you’re pulling a vehicle or being pulled, the mount handles the load without flex or failure.
