The DTR FAB Model T Front Bumper for the Toyota FJ Cruiser is already one of our most iconic builds. The High Tube / Full Grille Guard configuration takes it further — adding a full tubular bull bar structure that rises above the bumper face to protect the grille, headlights, and hood line from brush, branches, and frontal impacts that a standard bumper face cannot stop.

This is the configuration for drivers who go deep into the brush, run tight trails, or simply want the most aggressive and complete front protection available for the FJ Cruiser. The high tube structure is not decorative — it is a functional grille guard built to take hits and protect what’s behind it.

Model T Construction

Like all Model T builds, this bumper combines 3/16" steel plate in the structural and impact zones with DOM tube construction for the bull bar and upper structure — a hybrid approach that delivers maximum strength where it matters while keeping the overall build as light as possible for a full grille guard configuration.

Headlights — tube structure extends to protect the headlight housings from side brush and trail debris
